The Drosophila R&D service technology platform mainly uses the classic model animal -Drosophila to provide basic and translational research services oriented to the major gynecological diseases. The platform uses Drosophila as model animal to carry out research on functions and mechanisms of disease-related genes at the molecular, cellular, organ tissue and overall animal levels. Combining with CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, multi-omics analysis, high-resolution in vivo dynamic imaging and single-cell sequencing technologies, the platform can analyze the mechanism of disease occurrence and development, and intend to explore strategies of prevention and intervention. The platform can fulfill the requirement of disease Drosophila models construction for high-throughput drug screening attributes to the mature transgenic drosophila preparation and gene editing technology of platform. Currently, the platform mainly focuses on the research and development of models of development, reproduction, birth defects, gynecological tumors and other major diseases related to obstetrics and gynecology.
