Single-cell multi-omics platform

Single-cell sequencing technology is a revolutionary technology that has emerged in recent years, and was rated as one of the top 10 scientific breakthroughs in 2018 by Science journal. The technology has been used in many fields, including the study of various major diseases.

The single-cell sequencing platform in our laboratory is one of the most comprehensive and advanced platforms in Zhejiang province. The key equipment includes: 1) 10x Genomics Chromium Controller system for microdroplet-based single-cell library construction; 2) single-cell suspension preparation Miltenyi gentleMACS Octo with Heaters; 3) Hamilton’s Microlab STAR automatic workstation for NGS library preparation; 4) BD Melody flow cytometer for sorting single cells; 5) SPL Mosquito nanoscale transfer for micro-quantification NGS library preparation liquid platform; 6) Agilent 4150 TapeStation System for nucleic acid quality control; 7) BGI MGISEQ 2000 sequencer for high-throughput sequencing; 8) Roche real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR LightCycler 480II for nucleic acid quantification; 9) Covaris M220 for ultrasonic nucleic acid fragmentation, etc.

The platform can provide a variety of single-cell sequencing services, including 10x Genomics single-cell platform conventional 3' and 5'-end transcriptome sequencing, VDJ immune repertoire sequencing, and single-cell ATAC-seq, transcriptome combined proteomics sequencing (CITE- seq). In addition, it supports customized service for joint profiling of DNA, RNA, methylation at single-cell multi-omics level, etc.
