Imaging and Spatial Multi-omics Platform

As a comprehensive microscopic imaging platform, the imaging and spatial omics platform aims to provide scientific research services, mainly providing research services such as biological imaging of small animals or living cells, visualization of cell subsets, and analysis of cell-spatial interaction. The platform currently has instruments and equipment centered on Akoya codex spatial multi-omics tissue imaging analysis system and Leica STELLARIS5 laser confocal microscope, equipped with Olympus stereoscopic fluorescence microscope, Leica inverted fluorescence microscope, Motic microscope, Nikon stereo fluorescence microscopy, Thermo cyrostat microtome, etc. It can provide many detection items including in vivo small animal imaging, cell cluster analysis, automatic segmentation and quantification of tissue structure, tissue in situ analysis, distance and density quantification of cell physical space, live cell imaging workstation, subcellular structure distribution detection, calcium ion imaging analysis, three-dimensional image reconstruction analysis and other experiments. In above, the platform provides technical support for obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive medicine, anesthesiology, cell biology, genetics, pharmacy, materials science and other disciplines.
