Biography:

He was graduated with a major in computer and application, and had a master's degree in biomedical engineering. He is engaged in medical equipment maintenance, management and medical information system research and development. He is a member of the Information Management Professional Committee, a member of the Hospital Information Chemistry Group of the Medical Information Society of the Chinese Medical Association, deputy director of the Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Special Committee of the Zhejiang Health Information Society, and the Zhejiang Maternal and Child Health Association Maternal and Child Health Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Special Committee Standing Committee, etc.
